If you are having service issues there has been a known issue with the Tivimate app it has a issue with software you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app (you will lose your saved favourites). The epic Retro app has a software issue some people are affected and some are not (waiting to here from Smarters) And if using the epic Purple app you will need to switch to SECONDARY server then login.
