We make every effort to guarantee that our service is available for use 99 percent of the time. However, due to a variety of uncontrollable circumstances (such as hardware malfunctions, power outages, network outages, and planned maintenance), on occasion our network may go down or we may have to take it offline, usually for a brief amount of time
